Editorial Policy

Single Bikers publishes independent informational guidance for adults interested in motorcycle dating and riding companionship. This policy explains how topics are selected, how claims are checked and what the site will not publish.

Editorial priorities

We work in this order:

1. Answer the reader's main question accurately and efficiently.
2. Use evidence that can be checked and attributed.
3. Add practical detail missing from weaker search results.
4. Make pages easy for search engines and answer systems to understand.
5. Introduce a commercial option only when it fits the page and can be disclosed clearly.

Truth, safety, privacy, legal boundaries, intellectual-property risk and technical quality can block publication even when a topic has search or commercial potential.

Topic selection

A page must solve one recognisable task. We may use search results, anonymised site-performance data and recurring reader questions to identify demand. We do not invent search volume, rankings, backlinks, customer demand or conversion results.

Pages with the same intent are consolidated. Different tasks are separated when combining them would make the answer less useful. We do not create mass city pages, thin question pages or country copies that differ only by place name.

Sources

High-risk statements about personal safety, fraud, road rules, licensing, passengers or weather should use current government, regulator, law-enforcement or recognised safety sources where available.

Commercial and community pages may be used to identify common questions or terminology. They are not proof of member numbers, identity checks, product performance, event attendance or successful relationships.

Sources are linked close to material claims or listed at the end of a guide. Unknown information remains unknown rather than being filled with an estimate.

Writing and review

Research, organisation and drafting may use software-assisted workflows. Every page must still pass checks for source support, internal consistency, prohibited trademark-risk terms, natural language, duplicated intent and misleading commercial claims before publication.

We do not copy or lightly rephrase another publisher's article. Public information may be combined when it is independently checked, reorganised around the reader's task and used to create a clearer or more efficient answer.

Prohibited editorial practices

Single Bikers does not publish:

• fabricated members, profiles, messages or nearby availability;
• invented authors, experts, research, testimonials or reader experiences;
• fake ratings, relationship outcomes or registration results;
• claims that a photograph, badge or motorcycle interest proves identity;
• guarantees of rankings, traffic, matches, relationships or commissions;
• hidden instructions aimed at manipulating search engines or answer systems;
• product claims that are unsupported or outside the confirmed affiliate evidence.

Images

Digitally created images may illustrate a topic. They must not be labelled or positioned as photographs of real members, successful couples, reviewers, experts or actual events. Captions and alternative text should describe the image's real editorial purpose.

Affiliate separation

Commercial relationships do not determine whether a factual statement is accepted. A page containing a commercial link must disclose the compensation relationship close to that link, and the destination must be visibly separate from Single Bikers.

Corrections

Substantive errors should be corrected in the page itself rather than hidden. Source changes, broken official links and meaningful revisions should update the review date. Minor spelling or formatting repairs may be made without a separate correction note.

Correction requests should include the page URL, the disputed wording and a reliable supporting source. Use the Contact page or email contact@single-bikers.com.

Review schedule

• Broken links and technical exceptions: checked automatically or during routine maintenance.
• Source-sensitive safety, fraud, road and country guidance: reviewed at least every six months, or sooner after a known change.
• Search-result and competitor assumptions: refreshed when a page is materially revised or performance changes.
• This policy and the affiliate disclosure: reviewed at least annually and whenever site practices change.
